If you’ve been following us, you know one of our favorite locations is Shennecossett Beach Club, where Karen has spent her whole life going to the beach at. This drink is simply stunning, and looks as beautiful as a great sunset at Shenny Beach. As an ode to the last official weekend of summer, we hope you enjoy a Shenny Sunset in your favorite beach location! Mixed up with vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice, grapefruit juice, and a bit of grenadine, let your drink match the sunset! 🌄
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Orange
1 oz Grapefruit
.5 oz Grenadine
Directions:
Add Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Orange and Grapefruit to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake for 20 seconds or so
Pour into a rocks glass over ice
Then pour Grenadine on top of the back of a cocktail spoon into drink allowing it to sink to bottom
Garnish with dried fruit or available fruit you have on hand
Sip & Enjoy!
