Cruel Summer
Summer is by far our favorite time of year, so how it can be Cruel? Perhaps because it can have ups and downs, and twists and turns, and things can be too good to be true. We know for certain that this drink is a delicious treat, perhaps it’s only cruelty will be that you’ll want more than one!
Inspired from “The Loose Seal” from Chickadee, one of our all time favorite restaurants here in South Boston.
Ingredients:
1oz Vodka
1/2oz Aperol
1/2oz St. Germain
¾oz Grapefruit Juice
¾oz Lemon Juice
Top with Bubbles
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice except for the bubbles
Shake for 20-30 seconds
Strain into a chilled coupe glass
Top with bubbles
Sip & Enjoy!
