Strawberry Tarragon Pisco Sour

✨Strawberry Tarragon Pisco Sour✨

Continuing with our fresh summer syrups, this drink features Strawberry Syrup, which is really easy to make because you can even just let it sit for a while in the fridge! We feature Pisco, which is a colorless or yellow-to-amber colored spirit produced in the winemaking regions of Peru and Chile. It’s made from grapes and dates back to the early 16th century as an alternative to a more brandy-like orujo spirit. The fresh tarragon in this drink also pops some flavor which you will enjoy. Mix this drink up with Pisco, Strawberry Syrup, Fresh Lemon Juice and an egg white, it is simple and delightful!

Tips and Trixx:

  • No need to muddle or cut the tarragon before adding it to the mix. The delicate leaves will infuse plenty of flavor by just shaking.

  • Check out your local specialty stores for strawberry or raspberry syrup. There are some really great ones out there and will save you the time.
