The Rhubarb Sour

Rhubarb is a flavor that is used in the fall that we really enjoy. There’s nothing like a delicious piece of Rhubarb pie or Rhubarb tart. We thought, why not try to use Rhubarb in a delicious fall cocktail? You can typically either grow Rhubarb in your garden or get Rhubarb at a grocery store - some smaller markets can order it for you. There is also canned Rhubarb, but we suggest fresh is best. Once you’ve got the syrup, this traditional sour is easy to mix up. Mixed with gin, Rhubarb Syrup, Fresh Sage, Lemon Juice, Egg white, this drink is beautiful and delicious all at the same time! 🥂 Cheers !
